It's been over a year since my last portfolio update. I'm not a student anymore, so I don't have as much time as I used to work on personal stuff like that. On top of that, I spend most of my day sitting at a desk in front of a screen, so when I'm out, I'm not really in the mood to do the same for a couple more hours. But, it's been a long time I wanted to try real sculpting, with clay, so here is my first try.
It's made of Super Sculpey. I know it's not a beginner clay, but I wanted to learn with some good shit. It's about 10 inches high. Took me about two weeks, working on it an hour every now and then, but I actually spent more time baking it than actual sculpting.
For sculpting I used my fingers and random stuff I could find around me, pen, guitar pick, credit card, brush, knife, cd...
The pictures are not really good, I'm definitly not a photographer, and my attempt and photoshoping them was not such a good idea. Sorry about that. PICTURES MIGHT SUCK, BUT IN A LIVING ROOM, IT'S BADASS
